1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and pak799 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the pak799 website and mobile application at pak799.onl, including all services available through it — sports betting, live casino, game lobby, bingo, and any other features offered now or in the future.

This may include a valid CNIC or national identity document and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your pak799 account is created, you are responsible for everything that happens through it. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.
• Ensuring your contact details (email address, phone number) remain current and accurate. pak799 uses these to communicate important account information.
• Logging out of your account on shared devices. pak799 is not responsible for losses that result from someone else accessing your account on a device you left logged in.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pak799 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may have their own transaction limits or charges — you should confirm this with your bank or payment app provider.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Bank Transfer (all major Pakistan banks)
• Debit and credit cards

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your pak799 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid identity document and proof of your payment method.
• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you request otherwise and the alternative method is approved.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak799 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are stated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses must be opted into before they are credited unless stated otherwise in the offer details.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement is stated per offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to bets that contribute towards a bonus wagering requirement.
• pak799 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in progress.

Creating multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to take advantage of bonus offers is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, plus potential permanent account closure.

7. Betting Rules

The pak799 sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as reported by the governing body or official data source. In cricket, this includes DLS-adjusted results.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets are handled according to pak799's individual sport-specific settlement rules. In most cases, a postponed event that is replayed within 24 hours will be settled on the rescheduled result.
• pak799 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical or human error, subject to the odds being clearly outside normal market range.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets already placed and confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
• Bets suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing or corrupt activity will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Maximum bet limits per market are displayed in the betting interface. These limits may be adjusted based on your account history and the specific event or market. Limits are set to manage pak799's risk exposure and are not a reflection of individual user trustworthiness.

8. Casino & Games

The pak799 live casino and game lobby operate with games provided by third-party software providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable and live dealer streams that are monitored for integrity.

• Game results are final once the round is completed and settled by the system. Technical malfunctions that prevent a round from completing will result in the round being voided and all bets returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side log held by pak799 or the software provider will be used as the definitive record.
• Bingo prizes are credited automatically upon winning and are based on the prize pool for that specific round. Shared prizes are divided equally between all winners.
• Progressive jackpots are pooled across rounds or across players and are subject to their own specific trigger conditions as stated in each game.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak799 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or incorrectly published odds for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money or use pak799 for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate personal gaming.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documents.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the platform for other users.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pak799 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete account verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request through self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, pak799 will notify you via email. Any funds in your account at the time of suspension will be held pending investigation. Verified funds not associated with any prohibited conduct will be returned after investigation is concluded.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak799 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard processing.

12. Limitation of Liability

pak799 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to ensure continuous and reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance windows, third-party network issues, or force majeure events.

pak799 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform that are beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak799's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pak799's own negligence.

13. Changes to These Terms

pak799 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and display a notice on the platform. Continued use of pak799 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
